If you prefer to take it slow with your team and breakdown the information over a course of 6 weeks. This is a deep dive intensive session exploring the relationship dynamics in your business. Not only will you walk away understanding the environment, communication style and potential triggers/pressures of each player on your team, we will explore the unique contributions that each person brings to the table. Session will be recorded for your future reference.
