Available to All Ages: Child Pricing Provided upon Request A art-based session designed to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and meaningful insight. Through guided or self-directed creative exploration, you’ll use art-making to process thoughts and experiences in a safe, supportive space. No art experience is needed. Sessions are adaptable for adults and children and tailored to what feels most supportive in the moment. A variety of materials and creative options are available, and you are free to explore in whatever way feels most natural to you there is no right or wrong way to create here.
